Order Return / Right of Withdrawal

If you change your mind about a product you received, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, at your own shipping cost. The product and its original packaging must be in perfect condition.

We will refund the amount you paid for the product within 5 calendar days from the day we receive the product.

Defective Product

We do our best to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective item, if it was damaged during shipping, or if it is not what you ordered, please contact us at contact@kinitro-exartimata.gr or call us at +30 210 3230673 / +30 694 8885280.

After confirmation, send the item back to:

We will cover the return shipping costs (except for any cash-on-delivery fee) and refund your payment within 14 calendar days from the day we are notified. The refund will be made to your credit card or to a bank account of your choice, depending on how you paid.

Alternatively, if you prefer, we can issue a credit voucher of equal value to use on a future purchase.
